The purpose of the 'Ítélőtáblai Határozatok' publication is to provide a comprehensive cross section of the legal practice of the five tribunals in all legal cases. The decision repository, which will now enter its twentieth year in 2023, publishes the most important decisions made in criminal, civil, economic and labor law cases by the adjudicating panels, and the most oriented to legal practice. The rulings of the tribunals are selected by the editorial committee of the five court presidents whilst the heads of the court college are also involved in the editing of the repository.
