The main purpose of the prestigious monthly periodical of the Hungarian Lawyers Association in its fifty-seventh volume is to expose the issues of legal practice and present the timely problems of legal theory. It deals with the evaluation of foreign and domestic legal literature, providing an overview of the legal practice of various European Union member states and at the same time the legal harmonization procedures under way in Hungary.
